Matthew Roth is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at DAVIDsTEA since December 2019. Responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process, conducting employee onboarding, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and Health & Safety standards.
