Dan Saulter

Dan Saulter is the Group CEO at Davies Group. Dan has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Dan began their career as a Marine Officer Cadet in the Merchant Navy. Dan then transitioned to the insurance industry, starting as an Associate at KPMG UK. Dan then became a Director at BDO.

In 2014, Dan returned to Davies Group, the company they had previously worked for. Dan was appointed as the Chair of Governors and then later became the Group CEO.

Under Dan’s leadership, Davies Group has become a multi-award winning specialist professional services and technology business. They deliver operations, consulting and technology solutions across the risk and insurance value chain. This includes excellence in claims, underwriting, distribution, regulation, customer experience, human capital, transformation & change management.

Dan Saulter has an ACA from ICAEW, an Executive Leadership Programme from Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School, and a BSc (hons) in Mathematics from the University of Hertfordshire.
