Jenni Simpkin is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications across various organizations. Currently serving as Internal Communications Manager for Davies since June 2025, Jenni previously held the position of Head of Communications at PHMG from August 2022 to June 2025, where leadership of an international team facilitated global communications and major events engaging a workforce of approximately 800 across multiple countries. Prior experience includes managing internal communications for Assetz Capital and NatWest Group, where multi-channel campaigns reached thousands of colleagues. Jenni holds a BA (Hons) in Media, Culture, and Communications from Liverpool John Moores University.
