Shelley Snowden

Shelley Snowden is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Manager at Davies since July 2023, Shelley previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Viva Group from April 2022 to July 2023. Earlier, Shelley's roles included Human Resources Business Partner for the North Division at Wickes, HR Business Partner for both the North Division and Ireland at Cineworld Cinemas Ltd, and HR Business Partner for the North Division and Europe at Powerleague. Shelley’s career began at B&Q, where responsibilities included HR Manager for Regional Support and HR Manager for Operations, culminating in over 16 years of dedicated service with the company from August 1999 to April 2016.
