Tom Kernan

Tom Kernan began their work experience as a Senior Court Attorney at the State of New York Court of Appeals in August 2003. Tom then worked as an Associate Attorney at Crane, Parente & Cherubin, P.C. from September 2005 to January 2011. Following that, they worked as an Attorney at The Murray Law Firm, PLLC from January 2011 to August 2012. Tom then took on the role of Principal at Berger & Kernan, P.C. from September 2012 to July 2015. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President and General Counsel at Davin Healthcare Workforce Solutions, where they are responsible for various legal affairs and collaborates with the CEO on strategic planning initiatives.

Tom Kernan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bard College in 2000. Tom then attended Albany Law School from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree with summa cum laude honors. Additionally, Tom is enrolled at Western New England University School of Law, pursuing a degree in Law from 2023 to 2026. Apart from their formal education, Tom has obtained various certifications, including a Business Strategy Certificate from Cornell University in 2021, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in 2020, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2019, among others.
