Clinton Cummings has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Clinton has worked as a Strategic Planner at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, a Deliberate Plans Analyst at Amentum, and an Adjunct Faculty at Davis Defense Group, Inc. Additionally, Clinton has a significant background in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Project Officer, Deputy Director, Graduate Student, Commanding Officer, and Infantry Officer. Clinton has been involved in different divisions and directorates, such as the Experiment Division, Marine Corps Warfighting Lab, Futures Directorate, G35, MARFORPAC, and FMF-PAC. Clinton's extensive experience in strategic planning, analysis, instruction, and leadership makes him a well-rounded professional.

Clinton Cummings received their Master of Strategic Studies degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from Marine Corps War College in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2013 to 2015.
