Kevin Coutts

Kevin Coutts is an experienced real estate professional, currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Davis R. Chant Real Estate, Inc. since June 2022. As Chief Executive Officer of Coutts Group LLC since January 2013, Kevin has been involved in building panelized homes in northeastern Pennsylvania since 1996. Additionally, Kevin has held the position of President at Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack since March 1996. Kevin's extensive industry involvement includes serving as a Director for the Pennsylvania Builders Association, Wayne County Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders from 1994 to 2011. Kevin is a Graduate Master Builder, having completed education at the NAHB University of Housing from 1996 to 2010.
