Deann Sandel

DeAnn Sandel is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in operational and project leadership. Currently serving as the IT Director of Production Application Support at DaVita Kidney Care since October 2013, DeAnn leads a team of 16 direct and 230 indirect reports, managing the health of IT environments across 300 applications and 4,700 servers. Prior to this role, DeAnn held positions including Desktop Support Lead at Starz Entertainment, Technical Support Manager at MCN Software Ltd, and Support Escalation Engineer at Microsoft, demonstrating expertise in support operations, project management, and technical troubleshooting.
