Emily Riehl Bowen

Emily Riehl Bowen, MPP, serves as the Director of Value-Based Care Business Operations at DaVita Kidney Care. Previously, Emily held multiple leadership roles at Blue Cross NC, including Manager of Healthcare Strategy for ACO Provider Engagement, Senior Strategic Advisor for Healthcare Redesign, and Senior Provider Contract Consultant. Emily's early experience includes a Budget Intern position with the Town of Cary and a Health Policy Intern role at the North Carolina Community Health Center Association. Emily Riehl Bowen earned a Master of Public Policy with a focus on Health Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
