Matt Rippee

Matt Rippee has extensive leadership experience in healthcare and education. From January 2013 to December 2022, Matt served as Vice President and COO, and previously as Division Vice President/VP and GM at DaVita Kidney Care. Following this role, Matt has been the Chief Operating Officer at Effective School Solutions since January 2022, where Matt focuses on collaborating with K-12 school districts to implement and enhance youth mental health programs, ensuring quality and effectiveness through a data-driven approach. Educated at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business with an MBA and holding a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from The New School, Matt combines strategic business acumen with a commitment to improving health and education outcomes.
