Demetra Almiroudis

Demetra Almiroudis has extensive experience in leadership roles at New York Life Insurance Company, serving as Vice President and COO of the Purchase Experience Value Stream from June 2020 to February 2025, where oversight included the delivery of strategic initiatives and digital products aimed at modernizing the purchase experience. Prior to this role, Almiroudis held the position of Vice President and National Leader of Agency Zone Operations, ensuring operational consistency across 200 field offices and optimizing the agent onboarding process. Additionally, as Corporate Vice President of Agency, Almiroudis led high-profile strategic initiatives focused on recruiting, retention, and performance management.
