Tommie de Riemaecker

Tommie De Riemaecker, MBA, has extensive experience in management roles at CVS Health, including positions as District Manager overseeing complex urban and rural markets and managing significant numbers of stores and employees. Responsibilities included driving pharmacy operations, training, and development within large districts, demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise. Tommie also held the role of Regional Field Training Manager, supporting a substantial number of stores while enhancing new hire onboarding and development. Recently, Tommie completed a Graduate Student Internship at U&I Spread The Light, furthering a passion for helping others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Michigan State University, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Oakland University, and current pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership at Adler University.
