James Coughlin

James Coughlin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James currently works at Davlyn Group, where they have held various roles since 2019, including Business Unit Director and Director of Business Development. In their previous role as Global Sales Manager, James was responsible for managing customer service representatives, outside sales reps, and key accounts in the Appliance vertical globally. Before joining Davlyn Group, James worked at IMS Technology Services as a National Account Manager, where they successfully closed the largest first-time deal in company history. Prior to that, they worked at iHeartMedia as an Account Executive and Digital Sales Manager, where they developed and implemented integrated marketing strategies for local businesses. James also has experience in sports as a Clubhouse Manager for the Binghamton Mets and in the home services industry as a Field Manager for Consolidated Home Services.

James Coughlin earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Lebanon Valley College from 2003 to 2007. James then pursued a Master's of Science degree in Athletic Management from State University of New York Cortland from 2008 to 2010.
