Tessi Dahlen

Tessi Dahlen has a diverse work experience in the real estate and hospitality industries. Tessi is currently the President of Asset Management at Davlyn Investments. Prior to this role, they worked at Bell Partners Inc as the Vice President of Asset Management and Vice President of Operations. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Operations- CRM at Clark Realty Capital and held regional management positions at Equity Residential. Tessi also gained experience in sales as a Sales Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group. Tessi Dahlen earned a B.S in Hotel Management & Large Scale Facility Development and an A.S in the same field of study from Johnson & Wales University between the years 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Associates degree in Business Management from George Mason University - School of Business from 1998 to 2001. In January 2012, they obtained the certification of Certified Occupancy Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management and also acquired the Tax Credit Specialist certification from VHDA in the same year.
