Muhammad Ahmad's work experience begins in 1992 as a Planning Engineer at Zelin Private Limited. After that, they worked as a Quality Engineer and later as an Assistant Manager Quality Assurance at Cyma Enterprise Inc. In 1996, they joined The General Tyre and Rubber Company of Pakistan Limited as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer and later as a Sr. Executive Quality Assurance. In 2006, they moved to Dawlance and served as a Sr. Manager Quality Assurance before being promoted to Vice President HR and then Director Human Resources.
Muhammad Ahmad has completed the Management Development Program at Lahore University of Management Sciences. Muhammad also studied Human Resource Management at the Pakistan Institute of Management, completing their studies in 2011. Additionally, Ahmad has a background in Industrial Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology. Muhammad has obtained several certifications, including Adler Graduate Coach from Adler School of Coaching, Certified Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluater from Korn Ferry, Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci, Certified Human Resource Professional from Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM), and Certified Quality Professional from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
