Usama Khilji

Usama Khilji is a consultant at Doane University, focusing on the development of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion curriculum for the Inclusive Excellence Certificate Program since May 2021. Khilji also serves as the Director of Bolo Bhi and has been a Council Member for the Global Future Councils at the World Economic Forum, where efforts target systemic inequalities and social cohesion. Additionally, Khilji holds positions as a Board Member Alternate at the Global Network Initiative and an Advisor for Refugee Rights Europe.
