Hank Lacher

Hank Lacher is an experienced professional with a focus on team leadership and operational efficiency. Currently serving as a Sanitation/Environmental Control Supervisor at Dawn Foods Global since June 2022, Hank has previously held the role of Production Coordinator. At Access Dental Lab from February 2016 to June 2022, responsibilities included managing a team of 180 individuals as the Impressions/3D Print Manager and leading fulfillment processes as Fulfillment Team Captain. Hank has expertise in implementing 5S and Kaizen methodologies, along with experience in payroll, reporting, and inventory management. Prior experience also includes a position as a Part-time Preload Supervisor at UPS from June 2014 to May 2016, where training and safety oversight were key duties.
