Mark Cross

Mark Cross serves as Area President at FocusCFO®, starting April 2023, where the focus is on assisting growing companies facing revenue plateaus. Mark has been a Senior Partner at ZRG since September 2013, addressing leadership alignment and communication challenges. Additionally, Mark holds several board positions, including Board Member and Compensation and Organizational Development Committee Chair at Dawn Foods Global, and Board Advisor for Kruger Inc., providing strategic guidance in growth and governance. Previous experience includes senior leadership roles at MeadWestvaco Corp, JohnsonDiversey, and Kimberly-Clark, along with an Executive in Residence position at the University of Richmond. Mark holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine.
