Sylvia Gaudino

Sylvia Gaudino has over 20 years of experience in human resources and learning and development. Sylvia is currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Dawn Meats since June 2020. Prior to this, they held the role of Regional Human Resources Manager at Dawn Meats since September 2015. Before joining Dawn Meats, they worked as the Head of HR & Training at First Class IP Solutions - Intellicom for 12 years, where they led the HR and Training team. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Easynet Limited, an Internet Service Provider. Throughout their career, Sylvia has contributed to companies at both a strategic and operational level in delivering people management strategies and working with cross-functional teams.

Sylvia Gaudino obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Waterford Institute of Technology between the years 2005 and 2010. Currently, they are pursuing a Diploma in Diversity Equality Inclusion Belonging from UCD Professional Academy starting in 2023. In 2020, they also earned a Diploma in Employment Law from Technological University Dublin.
