Irene MacKenzie has extensive experience in the seafood industry, currently serving as the Hygiene Team Leader at Dawnfresh Seafoods Ltd since April 2011, where responsibilities include ensuring hygiene standards in the chilled and chill packing areas. Previously, Irene held the position of Production Supervisor at Dawnfresh Seafoods Ltd from April 2009 to December 2009 and worked as a Team Leader at Scot Trout & Salmon from October 1994 to April 2009. Irene's education was completed at Bellshill Academy from 1968 to 1971.
