Chad Decker

Chad Decker serves as Vice President and Director of Highway and Traffic Services at Dawood Engineering, Inc. since March 2012. Prior to this role, Chad Decker was a Senior Traffic Engineer at Dewberry for 15 years, from January 1997 to February 2012. Chad Decker holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering, obtained from Penn State University between 1991 and 1996.
