Gina M Russell

Gina M Russell is an experienced civil engineer specializing in transportation and bridge design. Currently serving as a Transportation Project Manager at Dawood Engineering, Inc., since February 2021, and as a Bridge Inspector/Engineer at SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc., since February 2019, Gina has a strong background in project management and engineering. Previous roles include Senior Bridge Designer/Bridge Inspector at Stahl Sheaffer Engineering LLC and Project Engineer at Stiffler, McGraw & Associates, where responsibilities encompassed project management, design, and inspections for various transportation projects. Gina also has extensive experience with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, having held positions as Sr. Civil Engineer Supervisor for bridge maintenance and design. Gina holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
