Jim Rodgers

Jim Rodgers is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic leadership, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as the Chief Strategic Officer and previously as the Director of Marketing & Business Development at Dawood Engineering, Inc. since July 2012, Jim has also held the position of Client & Community Relations Manager for the Central Pennsylvania Market Region at PNC Financial Services Group from July 2009 to July 2012. Prior experience includes Marketing Director at McKonly & Asbury LLP from 1999 to 2009 and Development Assistant at Penn State University from 1997 to 1999. Jim holds an MBA and a BA in International Politics from Penn State University, earned between 1992 and 2002.
