John Pisula

John Pisula, P.E., serves as the Manager of Civil Engineering for the Pittsburgh Region at Dawood Engineering, Inc. since March 2012 and has held the position of Senior Project Manager. Prior to this role, John worked for the Port Authority of Allegheny County as a Project Engineer from January 2009 to March 2012 and was a Project Manager at Siena Corporation from July 2007 to December 2008. Earlier experience includes serving as a Land Engineer at Pulte Homes and as an Engineer at AECOM. John began a professional career as an intern at PennDOT District 12. John holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
