Tara Rowland has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 17 years. Tara started their career as a Construction Superintendent at Weston Solutions, Inc., where they implemented a safety program and coordinated permit required confined space entries. Tara then moved on to work as a Construction Site Superintendent at Cape Environmental Management, Inc., where they supervised site personnel during coating operations and developed quality control reports. After that, they returned to Weston Solutions, Inc. as a Fuel Systems Superintendent/SSHO, where they coordinated confined space entries, conducted inspections, and enforced safety rules. Tara then transitioned to the role of Project Contractor Quality Control Systems Manager, Site Safety at Cape Environmental Management, Inc., where they reviewed quality control planning documents and maintained employee training records. Their most recent role was as a Fuel Systems Superintendent/SSHO/Quality Control Manager at Weston Solutions, Inc., where they managed teams, acted as a liaison with various stakeholders, and ensured health, safety, and quality compliance. In their current position at Dawson8a as a Fuels Construction Manager, they have implemented a field QC process, completed daily reports, and provided QC during construction. Tara Rowland attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 1994 to 1998. Tara obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering during this time. In addition to their degree, they hold certifications such as the USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certificate, which they obtained in November 2016 from the US Army Corps of Engineers. Tara also obtained the Steel Tank Institute (STI) Aboveground Tank Inspector certification in 2010, from STI.
