Cynthia Phan

Cynthia Phan's work experience includes working as a Compliance Liaison at Bespoke Workforce since September 2022. Previously, they held various roles at Host Healthcare, Inc. from October 2021 to September 2022, including Credentialing Specialist III, Credentialing Specialist II, and Credentialing Specialist I. Before that, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Linil Visiting Nurses, Inc. from September 2020 to October 2021. Cynthia also has experience as a Front Desk Receptionist and Medical Scribe at Shepherd's Hope from May 2018 to September 2020.

Cynthia Phan completed their Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences Pre-Clinical with a focus on Health Service Administration at the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. During their undergraduate studies, they obtained certifications in Effective Communication from FEMA in June 2019 and in Basic HIPAA Privacy & Security from The HIPAA Group in April 2019.

Currently, Cynthia Phan is pursuing a Master's degree in Health Administration at the University of Central Florida, which they began in 2021. Cynthia is expected to complete their Master's degree in 2024.
