Tricia Welch

Tricia Welch has extensive experience in human resources, finance, and accounting, with their most recent role being the SVP Director of Human Resources at Oregon Pacific Bank. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Finance and Human Resources and later as Chief Financial Officer at Nova Dynamics. Tricia also worked as an HR/Recruiter at Alyrica Networks, Active911, and Mammoth Holdings Corp, where they managed recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and HR management, and aligned global HR policies between companies. Before transitioning to HR and finance, Welch worked as the Vice President and Commercial Lender at Citizens Bank and as a Retail Store Manager at Sears Roebuck and Co.
