Shawn Gibbs

Shawn Gibbs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Shawn started their career as an Insurance Agent at Gibbs Insurance Agency from May 2008 to August 2010. Shawn then worked as a Database Applications Developer at Palco Telecom from January 2011 to May 2013. Following that, they joined Daxko, where they held various positions, including Data Conversion Engineer from June 2013 to July 2017, Senior Data Conversion Engineer in December 2017, Data Services Team Lead from January 2018 to March 2022, and currently serves as the Senior Team Lead of ETL Engineering.

Shawn Gibbs earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Jacksonville State University, where they studied between 2005 and 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Northcentral University from 2011 to 2014. In addition, Shawn has obtained certifications such as Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Project+, CompTIA Security+, and Microsoft Certified Professional.
