John Zhang

John Zhang has extensive work experience in various roles related to strategy, standards, quality assurance, materials management, operations, and supply chain management. John started working at Holsted Marketing, Inc. in 2003 and has held positions such as Senior Manager of UK & Europe Business Development and Inventory Control & Purchasing Manager. At this company, they successfully implemented new systems, improved work efficiency, and developed marketing strategies. In 2008, they became the Director of Operations and Supply Chain Management at Holsted Marketing, Inc., where they have been responsible for service vendor management, product sourcing, project management, chargeback and fraud management, and customer service. John has also saved the company $500k annually through vendor bidding and selection and has led multiple warehouse and order processing set-ups and relocations. In 2017, they joined Day & Nite / All Service as the Director of Materials Management and later took on the roles of Director of QA and Director of Strategy and Standards.

John Zhang obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from William & Mary in the years 2001 to 2003.
