Luis Pinzon serves as the Director of Commercial Training at Day One Biopharmaceuticals since July 2023, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing the field training strategy for the Commercial organization. Prior to this, Luis held multiple roles at Novartis Oncology, including Associate Director of Learning and Development for both the Advanced Prostate Cancer RLT and Malignant Hematology units, focusing on designing and implementing training initiatives. At Tricida, Inc., Luis was the Senior Director of Corporate Training, accountable for training strategies and processes. Luis's experience at Bayer encompassed roles as District Sales Manager and Associate Director of Learning and Development for the Cardiopulmonary Rare Disease unit. Luis's early career at Actelion included positions as Training Manager and Territory Manager for Rare Disease products. Luis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
