Shannon Schultz (Sidie)

Shannon Schultz (Sidie) has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and legal fields. Shannon recently joined Day One Biopharmaceuticals in 2023 as the VP, Associate General Counsel. Prior to this role, they worked at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals from 2014-2023, serving in various positions such as Senior Corporate Counsel II, Senior Counsel, Privacy, R&D & Commercial, Director of Compliance & Ethics, and Associate Director of Compliance & Ethics. Shannon also had a brief stint at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals in 2014 as an Associate Director of Compliance and Compliance Consultant. Before that, they worked at AMAG Pharmaceuticals as a Legal/Compliance Contractor, and at Counsel On Call as a Team Lead. Their career began at Nixon Peabody LLP in 2007 as an Associate and they also worked at Holland & Knight LLP as an Associate from 2004-2007.

Shannon Schultz (Sidie) completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics at the College of the Holy Cross. Shannon then pursued their legal studies at Suffolk University Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree, graduating magna cum laude.
