Stephen Nguyen

Stephen Nguyen is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as a Senior Accountant in R&D at Day One Biopharmaceuticals since February 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at Moss Adams as an Assurance Senior and Assurance Staff from January 2019 to February 2022. Stephen's earlier experience includes a Tax Accounting Internship at Cambia Health Solutions and an Accounting Internship at Moss Adams, as well as a position as General Manager at Lela's, where responsibilities included managing operations and consulting on business improvements. Stephen started a career in research as a Student Research Assistant at USDA-ARS, supporting experiments involving proteins, DNA/RNA, and bacteria. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry & Biophysics with minors in Chemistry and Business Entrepreneurship from Oregon State University, along with a Post Bacc in Accounting from Portland State University - School of Business.
