Emilia Catley is a Trauma Caseworker at Day One Trauma Support, bringing experience from previous roles such as HIU Lead Caseworker at British Red Cross and Recovery Coordinator at Change Grow Live. With a background in Psychology and Criminology from Sheffield Hallam University and The Manchester Metropolitan University, Emilia has developed their skills in mental health outreach, recovery coordination, and childcare work. Prior to their current role, Emilia also gained customer service experience at The Co-Operative Food and hospitality experience at Tom Browns Brasserie.
