Ashley Oquendo

Ashley Oquendo, M.S., SHRM-CP, is an experienced compensation analyst currently employed at Day & Zimmermann since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley served as a compensation specialist at Olympus Corporation of the Americas from April 2022 to December 2023, and as a human resources specialist and coordinator at Valley Health Partners Community Health Center from April 2021 to April 2022. Additionally, Ashley worked as a billing specialist for child care at Greater Valley YMCA from July 2019 to April 2021, and began a career in customer service as a representative for Wawa, Inc. from June 2015 to June 2019. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration/Paralegal Studies from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
