Maureen Pomeroy

Maureen Pomeroy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Learning and Development at Day & Zimmermann since December 2022, Maureen is responsible for creating scalable learning programs, managing LMS content, and enhancing leadership development initiatives. Prior to this role, Maureen worked at Benchling as Sales Enablement Leader, where Maureen developed training programs and resources to support sales teams. Maureen's background also includes positions at Yoh, Medidata Solutions, Bentley Systems, and SAP, where Maureen led training efforts, designed learning solutions, and focused on sales effectiveness. Maureen holds a M.Ed. coursework in Instructional Systems Design from Penn State Great Valley, a BSBA in Marketing, and a BA in English from the University of Delaware.
