Bill LaMarr has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Bill began their career in 1986 as a Human Resources Manager at IBP INC, where they managed all aspects of the HR department for a large plant. Bill also held the position of Human Resources Manager at ConAgra, overseeing a plant with 2400 employees until it burned down. Bill then joined Brawley Beef, LLC, where they successfully set up HR policies and programs for a new cattle harvest facility. Bill continued their career at Ferndale Foods, LLC, where they served as a Human Resource Manager for a start-up venture. Most recently, they worked as the Area Director of Human Resources at Daybreak Foods, Inc.

Bill LaMarr attended Brigham Young University from 2002 to 2003, where they studied Pre-Law. Prior to that, from 1969 to 1970, they were enrolled at Colorado State University, focusing on Pre-Veterinary Studies.
