Jenni Rosas

Design Director at Daydreamer

Jenni Rosas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the fashion industry. Jenni began their career at Nordstrom as a Personal Stylist, where they excelled in creating and maintaining client relationships while staying up-to-date with fashion trends. Jenni then moved on to work as an Assistant Designer at Nat + J, where they were responsible for creating inspiration boards and designing products within cost parameters.

Rosas later joined Reformation, where they held two positions. As a Sample Room Coordinator, they managed the development of sample prototypes and curated fabrics and trims for production. Jenni also participated in fittings and design meetings with the CEO and assisted in creating tech packs. In their role as a Production Coordinator, they coordinated domestic production across various categories and ensured compliance with order specifications and production deadlines.

Following their time at Reformation, Rosas worked as a Freelance Designer and Developer at ADAPTATION. In this role, they conducted seasonal research, managed design boards and line sheets, and oversaw the development of new products. Jenni also handled fabric and trim sourcing, pre-production fittings, and communication with factories.

Most recently, Rosas has been working at Daydreamer Los Angeles as a Lead Designer and Design Director. Jenni'sresponsibilities include leading design projects, directing graphic design, managing lab dips, and overseeing the execution of each stage of the design process.

Throughout their career, Rosas has demonstrated a strong understanding of fashion trends, excellent design and development skills, and the ability to effectively manage projects and teams.

Jenni Rosas attended FIDM from 2012 to 2014, where they earned their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Merchandise Product Development.
