Einar Latiers

Einar Latiers is a seasoned logistics engineer with a comprehensive background in optimizing logistics processes and managing projects. Currently at Dayes since 2017, Einar has designed KPI dashboards, developed calculation models, and implemented Activity Based Costing, achieving notable outcomes such as mapping warehouse processes and monitoring temperature during transport. Prior experience includes a role as a project engineer at e-Logistics Control from 2005 to 2017, where Einar focused on optimizing logistic networks for various clients, leading to significant cost savings and the establishment of KPI dashboards. Earlier positions include project engineer roles at ATAG and Océ, enhancing inventory control and reporting results. Einar holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology, earned in 2003.
