Shaun Ricci

Shaun Ricci is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Application Development at Dayforce since May 2024. Prior to this role, Shaun was a General Manager and Co-Founder/Chief Operating Officer at Ideal from February 2014 to May 2024, where efforts focused on enhancing talent acquisition through artificial intelligence. From May 2004 to December 2013, Shaun co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer at Field ID. Shaun also held the position of Business Analyst at Message Labs from May 2005 to April 2006 and worked as a Programmer Analyst at Aseco Integrated Systems from June 2002 to April 2005. Shaun Ricci earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Guelph between 1998 and 2002.
