Shore Dafna

Shore Dafna is a Principal Knowledge Content Developer at Ceridian Canada, with experience since December 2004 in creating comprehensive internal and external documentation for various product lines, including user guides, online help, and training materials. Prior to this role, Shore served as Documentation Manager at Radview Software from 1997 to 2004, where the focus was on developing end-user documentation across multiple product lines, including user manuals and online help systems. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Education from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
