Eva Gladek has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Founder and CEO of Metabolic, an ecosystem of organizations focused on transitioning the global economy to a sustainable state. At Metabolic, they advise governments, businesses, and NGOs, crunches data, provides strategies and tools, builds pilots, and creates new ventures to develop scalable solutions.

Their earliest work experience was as a Production Assistant at Camera Planet in 2003, where they contributed to the documentary "A Southern Town" that explored key events of the civil rights movement in Jackson, Mississippi.

Eva Gladek's education history begins with their attendance at the United Nations International School (UNIS) from 1989 to 2001, where they earned an IB diploma and became bilingual in French and English. Eva then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology at Amherst College from 2001 to 2005. In 2004, they participated in the Williams-Mystic program at Williams College, where they completed another Bachelor's degree. Eva Gladek then furthered their education at Yale University from 2007 to 2009, earning a Master of Environmental Management (MEM) degree with a focus on Industrial Environmental Management (Industrial Ecology) from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
