Wan Muhammad Ismat has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development and IT. Wan Muhammad has recently worked as a Back End Developer - SWE at DaySmart Vet, where they were responsible for developing novel features and addressing systemic concerns using Laravel, Vue, and AWS. Prior to that, they worked at ToyyibPay Sdn. Bhd as a Software Developer, contributing to the development of an online gold trading platform using the AWS ecosystem. Wan Muhammad also gained experience as a Software Developer at Xmiryna Technology, where they developed an e-Commerce system using Laravel, Amazon S3, Heroku Cloud, and MySQL. At Telekom Malaysia, they held various roles including System Developer and SM & OSHE, where they developed and assisted in OPAS, SuB Dashboard, and AUTO systems. Wan Muhammad also worked as a Web Developer at Virtual Asset Systems Sdn. Bhd., where they were responsible for website coding, design, and maintenance. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Technician at Rumpun Mahsuri Sdn. Bhd., focusing on hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and security.

Wan Muhammad Ismat pursued a Bachelor of Technology, specializing in Computer Science (Software Development) with Honors, at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they completed a Diploma in Information Technology at the same university from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Ismat obtained a certification in Fundamental of Cloud Computing from RunCloud, although the month of obtaining the certification is unspecified.
