Jayden W. began their work experience at Walt Disney World in 2017 as an Attraction Host. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Deliveroo and as a Brand and Field Marketing Intern at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. In 2019, they joined HKTVmall as a Management Trainee and later became an Assistant Manager - Merchant Acquisition. In 2021, they joined Shoalter Automation Limited as an Associate, focusing on UK Business Development. In 2022, they moved to Shoalter Technology as an Assistant Manager for Solution Management before joining Dayta AI as a Senior Commercial Manager.

Jayden W. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2015 to 2019. In 2017, they also attended Mahidol University for a short period to study International Hospitality Management. Additionally, in 2018, Jayden briefly enrolled at The University of Queensland to pursue studies in International Tourism and Hospitality Management.
