Brian M. Waechter, SA, SASM, POPM, PfMP, LSSBB, Col AF Ret, currently serves as a Senior Associate at Dayton Aerospace since November 2010, offering consulting services across the defense weapon system life cycle. As President and CEO of The Standard Bearer Group LLC since April 2010, Brian focuses on enhancing organizational performance in various sectors. Previously, Brian held leadership roles at M7 Aerospace, Interactive Process Technology Associates, and the US Air Force, managing significant programs and personnel. Brian's educational background includes a Master's degree in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, a Master's in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology from the United States Air Force Academy.
