Meredith Masterson

Assistant Director of Education at Dayton History

Meredith Masterson has a varied work experience, beginning with a role as a receptionist at Modern Materials, Inc. in 2003. In 2004, they became a lifeguard at Rochester City Pool. In 2006, they were a student intern at the Fulton County Historical Society. From 2008 to 2011, they held multiple roles at IUPUI, including History Graduate Teaching Assistant, Oral History Graduate Student Intern, and Graduate Student Intern for the Teaching American History Federal Grant. In 2009, they were a Graduate Student Intern at the Indiana Historical Society. Finally, from 2011 to present, they have been the Assistant Director of Education and Staff Interpreter of the Heritage Center at Dayton History.

Meredith Masterson attended Purdue University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a B.A. in History and German. Meredith then attended Indiana University\u2013Purdue University Indianapolis from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a graduate degree in public history.
