Heena Santry

Heena Santry, MD MS MBA FACS, currently serves as the Principal Healthcare at Arcadis and is the Owner of RealityCraft, LLC, focusing on career re-imagination for health professionals. Santry has held the position of Acute Care Surgeon at Kettering Health since July 2021 and contributes as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Trauma & Acute Care Surgery and as a member of the Editorial Board for Annals of Surgery Open. Santry has significant academic experience, including roles as Associate Professor of Surgery with Tenure and Vice Chair in the Department of Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and previously as Associate Professor of Surgery & Quantitative Health Sciences at UMass Medical School. Educational qualifications include a BA in Anthropology from Harvard University, an MD from UMass Chan Medical School, an MS in Health Studies from the University of Chicago, and an ongoing MBA program at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.
