Rachel Rudegeair

Rachel Rudegeair, BSN, RN, CNOR, has extensive experience in the nursing field, specializing in perioperative services. Since March 2014, Rachel has served as a Staff Nurse Specialist at Kettering Health, focusing on the roles of NPDS for Perioperative Services, Central Sterile Processing, and Endoscopy, as well as functioning as an Operating Room Nurse. Prior experience includes working as an Operating Room Nurse at Premier Health Partners and Kettering Health Network, as well as serving as a Surgical Technologist at Dayton Children's Hospital. Rachel's educational qualifications include a Master’s of Nursing in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, and an Associate of Arts in Registered Nursing from Kettering College, complemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Surgical Technology from Sinclair Community College.
