Joshua Cox

Joshua Cox has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Joshua started their career as a Pain Management Consultant/Clinical Pharmacy Manager at Premier Health Partners in 2001, where they worked until 2009. During this time, they also served as the Director of Pharmacy and Research at Dayton Physicians Network starting in December 2009. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at PROCARE HOSPICECARE, INC. In 2016, Joshua joined the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy as a Member of the Board, a position they held until September 2021.

Joshua Cox attended The Ohio State University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree with a specialization in Pharmacy. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Florida from 1999 to 2002, completing their education with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree, also focusing on Pharmacy.

In addition to their formal education, Joshua Cox obtained a certification as a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist from the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties in December 2005.
