Marc Stackpoole

Marc Stackpoole has extensive experience in management and culinary arts. Currently serving as the BDC & Marketing Manager at Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep & Ram since October 2013, Marc previously held culinary positions at Playboy Enterprises, Inc. as a Chef and at Animal Restaurant as a Pastry Chef. Earlier in the career, Marc was the Owner/Operator of Heavy Haulers from January 2005 to January 2008. Marc holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from LeCordon Bleu, completed between 2007 and 2008, and a diploma in Thermo Nuclear Hydro Dynamics from Seabreeze High School, graduated in 1999.
