Ibrahim Fala has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry. In 2021, they began working as an Analytics Engineer at Dayuse.com, where they are responsible for building and maintaining the core source of truth of the company. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at the NYS Office of Information Technology Services, where they worked on various HR projects and led workshops with stakeholders and end-users. In 2017, they worked as a Business Consultant at AutoX, Inc., where they analyzed geo-localisation data to build go-to market strategy prototypes. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant - Data Analyst at the University at Albany, SUNY, where they translated survey questions, answers for open-ended questions, and comments from Arabic to English. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Silicon Villa in two roles: Professional Services Manager and Support Engineer. In their roles, they managed a technical team, created and conducted business process analysis, implemented new procedures, and wrote and delivered training.

Ibrahim Fala obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2018, focusing on Information Systems and Business Analytics. Ibrahim also holds an Ingénieur D'Etat en Réseau et Télécommunication from the Institut National des postes et télécommunications, which they obtained in 2012 after studying Telecommunications Engineering. Additionally, they have a certification in Google Analytics for Beginners from Google, which they obtained in May 2018.
